Introducing “Here we go,” a celebration of the positive impact we can have on our planet, our communities, and ourselves, through bicycles.

We believe that riding bicycles does more than get us down the road, it brings out the best in us. We don’t escape the world; we engage more deeply with it. And we become more aware, more inspired, and more alive.

2019 is a year of transformation for the PEARL iZUMi brand. We formally embraced a new social purpose as core to our business model in June of 2018, and this year it begins to come to life. You’ll find new, smaller hangtags on all of our products (the smallest size that can still be recycled), in an effort to reduce packaging waste. And we introduced new polybags made from 100% recycled material, which can be recycled again.

On the product side, we’ve set aggressive goals for sustainable materials. New this year is a fabric made with responsibly-sourced Merino wool and Reprieve recycled polyester, which proves that sustainable does not mean compromised performance. In 2020, 30% of the PEARL iZUMi line will be made from recycled, renewable or organic materials. And by 2022, we are committed to using these materials across 90% of the total line.

We also launched a partnership with The Renewal Workshop to repair and resell PEARL iZUMi warranty returns to give gently used products a second life instead of adding to the landfill.

Finally, you’ll see a refreshed product line that focuses on the styles and features that riders care about the most, along with engaging hand-drawn graphics and sophisticated color combinations. We’ve also expanded our BikeStyle™ casual apparel collection to give riders more options on and off the bike.

If all this sounds good, we invite you to join us on this ride. Let’s move forward together.

Go getter.
Go in a minute.
Go you.
